STEM Armenia Membership Agreement Form

1. Purpose

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge your commitment to the mission and values of STEM Armenia NGO.

2. Membership Responsibilities and Contribution

Attend regular meetings and events whenever possible.
Participate in fundraising and outreach activities whenever possible.
Uphold the principles and objectives of the NGO in a respectful and constructive manner.
Members are encouraged to contribute their skills, time, and resources to support the NGO’s initiatives.
There is no membership fee to join the NGO.

3. Code of Conduct

Treat all members, partners, and beneficiaries with respect and equality.
Avoid any actions that may harm the reputation or effectiveness of the NGO.
Maintain confidentiality with respect to any sensitive information related to NGO activities.

4. Termination of Membership

Membership can be terminated by either party with written notice.
Grounds for termination include violation of the code of conduct, failure to meet membership responsibilities, or actions that contradict the mission and values of the NGO.
